We offer a 5-year repair warranty. Within this period, we repair problems that are not caused by the customer free of charge, provided that repair is possible.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and from our atelier and any customs duties, taxes or other customs charges associated with a repair shipment.
Returns and exchanges for unused, non-personalized items can be requested within 30 days after delivery. Personalized items are excluded from change-of-mind returns; damaged, defective or incorrect orders are handled separately.
