Most importantly, the leather quality is there. I've ordered many leather products over the years at various price points for myself and others - this is one of the good ones. In a word, supple. I expected delayed shipping from ordering around Christmas, which was a good assumption. The item arrived late, and was unfortunately the wrong size (regular tab vs plus size). The company responded promptly, and after some messages and pictures, they agreed to mail me a new one at no cost. Shipping for this package also took awhile, but was worth the wait. I saw on their shop an apple MacBook case in a grey leather tone, and requested this tone even though not specifically offered which they were able to accommodate. I also ordered a custom engraving from Tolkien for my personalization, and this turned out fantastic as well.
