• We offer a 5-year repair warranty. Within this period, we repair problems that are not caused by the customer free of charge, provided that repair is possible.
• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and from our atelier and any customs duties, taxes or other customs charges associated with a repair shipment.
• Returns and exchanges for unused, non-personalized items can be requested within 30 days after delivery. Personalized items are excluded from change-of-mind returns; damaged, defective or incorrect orders are handled separately.
